There's something special about painting live at The Faversham in Leeds. Tucked away in Headingley, it's a venue full of character, and a wonderful backdrop for a live wedding bouquet painting.

Painting the bouquet live at the reception

I set up quietly at the reception and painted the bouquet live as the celebration unfolded. Guests stopped by throughout to watch the painting come to life, chatting about the flowers and the day – it quickly became part of the entertainment.

Set against the venue's gorgeous foliage backdrop, the natural sunlight of the garden room provided the perfect location to transform my canvas into Shannon's beautiful bouquet.
